Could the International Offender Court arraign Binyamin Netanyahu?

.Israel's federal government is worried that the International Bad Guy Court (ICC) in The Hague will definitely provide arrest warrants against senior Israeli representatives relative to the war in Gaza. Those on trial can feature Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel's prime minister, members of his cabinet and also generals in the Israel Support Troop. The ICC has certainly not mentioned it is looking at such a move. Yet Mr Netanyahu experienced the risk severe enough to state on April 30th that any type of warrant "will be an indignation of historical percentages". The ICC's chief district attorney, Karim Khan, alerted that threats to "retaliate" against the court could threaten its impartiality. On what grounds would the ICC concern such warrants, and also what will be the repercussions?
